2. Drink Plenty of Water

This is a good tip for visiting the Disney parks year-round, but it’s especially important to stay hydrated while pregnant! It’s recommended for pregnant women to drink 10 8-ounce glasses of water per day. There are lots of spots to refill water bottles at the Disney parks, and free glasses of water are available from quick service and table service restaurants. Drink up!

3. Take a Break!

If your body is feeling tired, take a break! There is a ton of walking involved when visiting a Disney park. If you need to take a break, grab a spot on a bench, catch a show, or head back to your hotel! Your body’s needs are number 1. If you are struggling with the walking, don’t be afraid to rent an ECV or wheelchair.

4. Eat ALL THE FOOD

Seriously. There are so many fantastic snacks, restaurants, meals… plus, you’re walking so much, no need to feel guilty about indulging in all the food! Make sure to book dining reservations in advance if there’s a restaurant you really want to try out.

5. Pamper Yourself

Yes, you’re at Disney, and the theme parks and restaurants and fun are calling… but if you’re on vacation, don’t be afraid to pamper yourself a bit! Whether that means a massage, sleeping in, or a day lounging by the pool, take some time for yourself to relax before the baby comes.
