Earth Eats – Hosted by Impossible Burger

Impossible Burger Slider – 5/5

Wow! This burger was simply incredible. I usually prefer real meat, but I would definitely get this again. The texture was great, and the flavors worked well together. The slaw was a little tangy, a little spicy, and complemented the burger well. The bun held up nicely; no sogginess, and it held the burger together just fine. This is a solid item; I just wish it was full size instead of a slider!

Spicy Hako Sushi – 1/5

This was severely disappointing. The texture was warm and mushy, with no clear distinction between rice, fish, and any of the other toppings. The flavor was okay, but I couldn’t taste the fish at all. I would absolutely avoid this dish at all costs.

Banana Bread – 4.5/5

$4.50 Banana Bread

This was a great dessert! I’m a huge fan of banana, and the banana bread hit the right notes. It wasn’t crumbly or dry, and the berry compote on top (along with the whipped cream of course) complemented the banana bread well! My only criticism is that the berry compote was a little tart for a bite or two, otherwise it would get a solid 5 from me.
