Throughout the year, Walt Disney World holds special ticketed events at their theme parks. Some are in the morning before the parks open, some are after the parks close, some are during fireworks shows, and some are just for the holidays. These events can be a fun way to maximize your time or treat your traveling party to a special experience during your Walt Disney World vacation!

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party
Taking place select nights from mid-August through early November, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is the perfect Halloween event for the whole family! Get your best costumes and head on over to Magic Kingdom for trick-or-treating, a special parade, fireworks show, and more! Character meet & greets, select attractions, and PhotoPass photographers will be available during the event. Add-on experiences for the event include dessert parties and more. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
Taking place select nights through November and December, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a great way to get in the holiday spirits! Enjoy select attractions, character meet & greets, PhotoPass photographers, and more! Holiday fireworks, snowfall on Main Street, USA, and other holiday offerings await you at this special event. Disney After Hours
After Hours events take place, you guessed it – after the parks close! These take place at various times throughout the year at Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. Magic Kingdom also has a Villains After Hours event with special Villains-themed entertainment. Popcorn, select ice cream treats, and select bottled beverages are included with your event ticket! Disney H2O Glow Nights
Taking place at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, this after hours event lasts from 8pm-11pm, but allows ticketholders into the park at 6pm for a full five hours of splashin’ fun! Glow & lighting effects take over the park to turn it into one big party, complete with DJ, while guests experience the attractions with shorter wait times. Food & drink available for purchase.
